What we collect

• Contact form: your email, optional name, and your message. Used only to reply. Deleted after 12 months.
• Signing in to upload: your email address (we send you a one-time code; there is no password). We record which account sent each upload so we can keep the site safe.
• Joining the community: your email (from sign-in), a username you choose (shown on your messages unless you post anonymously) and your declared age (only to check you are 18 or over; never shown). If you say you are under 18, nothing is kept. Messages are held for review before they appear; anonymous ones show no username, but we keep a private record of who sent them. Ask us to delete your account and messages any time via the contact form.
• Merchandise sign-up: your email and the products you ticked, so we can let you know once when the first items are ready. Used for nothing else. Remove yourself any time via the contact form.
• Uploads: the file, the caption and the credit you give. Photos have location and device details removed before they're published.
• Visits: privacy-friendly, cookie-free statistics only. No advertising trackers.

Embedded posts

Posts from other platforms stay hidden until you click to load them. Once you do, that platform may set its own cookies. We don't see or control that.

TheYellowShirtGuy.com is run by Hawkins-Digital. To ask about your data, use the contact form and say what you need.

Who sees it

Only the site admin. We don't sell or share your details. Our hosting (Cloudflare) processes data on our behalf to run the site.
